Shipment Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and may take up to 3 additional business days to be delivered. Shipment processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays, and/ or bad weather.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Domestic)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Order Status, Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Partially Canceled Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, that item will be canceled from your order and you will receive a notification via email. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped to you.
Damaged and/or Lost Packages
Endless Waves is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is lost, or if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Orders
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (International)
Endless Waves will not cover international duties or taxes. There will be a $50 fee automatically added at checkout to cover shipping costs. Depending on your international location, an additional invoice may be added to your total order cost.
